Service scope

Telemedicine provides remote medical advice via video. It is not suitable for emergencies. You must provide accurate information about your symptoms and medical history.

Limitations

Doctors cannot perform physical examinations remotely. Diagnosis and treatment are based on your reported history and remote observations only. In-person follow-up may be required.

Payments

Consultation fees are payable before service unless covered by approved insurance. Refunds follow hospital policy; unused payments may be credited for a future consultation.

Conduct

Abusive behaviour, recording without consent, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.
